Our partner, the Digital Impact Alliance, came to us with the aim of bolstering their brand and messaging. By working closely with DIAL team members for every corner of the organisation, we developed an entirely new set of key messages, refining their vision and honing their mission.

Following the development of this messaging, we have been able to develop key documents reflecting the results of DIAL’s work, including the impressive Impact Statement. This messaging now serves as a stalwhart for the organisation, allowing us to develop detailed, cohesive communications plans where none existed before. Strategy work is silent but stealthy, bringing together an organisation’s most important components to create the most effective impact possible.
